Geeking out on this band for a few weeks and decided to see what they are up to. We saw them live in NYC a few times back to back years 2013, and 2014 following last LP So Long, Tomorrow, and really hoping for another LP soon. It will not be. Sadly for us – Bombay Bicycle Club have decided to take a break, as members are going it solo, according NME last year and a statement from the band. Jack Steadman (lead singer, piano and guitar) has done some remixes and solo work which you can hear on Soundcloud. Ed Nash (bass) aka Toothless has released a single, Terra. Lets take a moment to remember how fantastic Bombay Bicycle Club are. Happy they are continuing to make music as solo artists, but they will be missed. See live set from 2014.
